♥~Kidnapped By The Kitty Kat~♥ (Grimmjow Love) Chapter Six: "Pet"

~Recap~

Nami and Grimmjow kissed each other. So, they are ever so slowly falling in love. Grimm Kitty lost his arm and Nami freaked out because she couldn’t escape the darkness. Grimm Kitty was being all sweet and tried to calm her down whenever she woke up and started freaking out. Ichigo isn’t in this one yet, she may be in the next one though. So, Nami will start. (Not like anyone else can)

~Story Start~

I jerked awake as I expected to find the dark of the night around me again only to find light filtering in from the window. I sighed with relief and glanced up at Grimmjow, who looked a little pissed as he slept, probably dreaming about Ichigo Kurosaki or his arm… most likely both. I lifted his arm off of me gently and wandered over to the closet, pulling out a fresh pair of clothes and finding a piece of paper. Not finding a pen, I bit my finger painfully and wrote with my blood. The note said:

Grimmjow,

I’m in the shower. Well, I should be. If I’m here, then you know where I am. If I’m not in the shower, check the kitchen or Lillynette and Starrk’s room. So, don’t worry, I’m fine. Yeah, yeah, I know… Why the hell would you worry? (I’m smiling as I write this) I’ll see you when you wake up.

Love,

Nami a.k.a. Woman

Licking my finger with satisfaction, I left the room with my clothes and my zanpakuto, trudging down the hallway as I found the bathroom again. I knocked on the door gently and, when no one answered, I opened it, staring down at the ground. When I looked up, I gasped and turned around, dropping my things and covering my eyes with my hands.

“Oh, I am so sorry!” I squealed, standing still as I heard him chuckle, his hand crawling up my back and gripping my shoulder gently. A chill went down my spine as he wrapped his warm arms around my waist.

I heard him open his mouth, but he stopped as someone came in the door. I didn’t move, didn’t even breath as the arms that snaked around me moved away from me. Gin sounded like he was frowning as he spoke, “You have perfect timing, Grimmjow.”

“Yeah, glad I do.” Grimmjow growled, sounding furious. “Come here, Nami, we’ll wait outside.”

I dropped my hands from my eyes, grabbing my stuff from the ground and racing to Grimmjow, allowing him to pull me outside with his good arm before he shut the door. He sat down and pulled me down beside him, draping his arm across my shoulders in an attempt to protect me when needed. He kept clenching his teeth, grinding them angrily before he asked me, “What the hell were you doing in there?”

“I knocked on the door!” I protested at his silent accusation. “No one answered so I went in. I freaked out when I saw him and turned around! I didn’t purposely walk in on him just to catch him half-naked.”

Grimmjow scoffed, hurting me. “Right, I’m sure that’s exactly what you meant to do.”

“What would it matter to you?” I exclaimed, tears welling up in my eyes and my lips pouting. “Even if I HAD walked in there on purpose, what would you care for it?”

Grimmjow glared down at me, pulling back his lips in a snarl to reveal his canine, blue eyes harboring a cold hatred. “You know damn well that it matters to me!”

“Do I?” I demanded, pulling away from him, allowing one of my tears spill over. “Do I really know that?”

“You should!” He growled, reaching out for me and catching my wrist as I tried to jerk away again. He pulled me back to him and hugged me to his chest. “Last night was one of those nights that MAKE people care about simple things like this.”

I breathed in, my breathe shaking as I breathed out. “How does that make you care? It was just a couple of kisses.”

“It made you care didn’t it?” He asked quietly, kissing my hair. “Otherwise, you wouldn’t act like that when I accused of waltzing right in there.”

“I… I guess so,” I whispered, defeated. “But I thought espada—”

“Yeah, so did I,” He cut me off, glancing at the door as it opened. “Are you all finished in there Gin?”

I kept my gaze down as Gin replied, “You know, you shouldn’t be so protective of her. You don’t have the capability of loving anyone.” I heard him walk away, his footsteps echoing off the walls sharply.

“I wish I could rip his damn head off,” Grimmjow hissed angrily, the metallic sound clinging in my ears.

“Calm down,” I murmured, standing up and grabbing my things. I entered the bathroom, not even protesting as Grimmjow followed me in. He shut the door behind him, sitting down in front of it and closing his eyes while I turned the water on and undressed. I got in quickly, letting the water soak my hair again before doing my usual thing. I shampooed and conditioned it, repeating before washing my body. I turned the water off, the signal for Grimmjow to close his eyes again. Wringing out my hair, I grabbed a towel and dried myself off, wrapping it around myself before climbing out of the tub.

Making sure he had his eyes closed tight, I draped the towel over his head, much to his dislike, and dressed quickly. When I was finished, I yanked the towel off of his head and draped it on the side of the tub as I found a brush and ponytail holder and fixed my hair into a messy side bun.

“Okay, I’m done.” I murmured, watching quietly as he stood up, opening the door before wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me along. I kinda felt like a dead weight as I thought over Gin’s comment about how protective Grimmjow was. It hurt and opened a whole new crack in my already crumbling heart.

When we returned to his room, I hopped up onto the window sill and just stared out of it. He jumped up beside me, his face frustrated as he waited for me to speak. I didn’t, so, naturally, he did, “You know what he said wasn’t true, right?”

“Do I?” I asked quietly, not even glancing over at him as I spoke.

“Nami, don’t be like that, please,” He grimaced. “Gin is… well, he’s Gin.”

I scoffed, glancing at him from the corner of my eye, “Right. Gin is Gin and that is that. He’s a perverted man that I wish I could stab in the fucking heart and just kill him.”

“That could be possible,” Grimmjow smiled a crooked smile, one I’d never seen on his face before. I guess it must’ve been a genuine smile, “Of course, that would require taking off those gloves.”

“Don’t start that,” I frowned at him. “Although I’m sure that Angel is itching to kill something after 200 years, I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from killing everyone that my eyes landed on.”

“I could change that,” He grinned at me. “Or would you still kill me?”

I rolled my eyes, “It wouldn’t really be up to me. Though, I’m sure Angel would make an exception for you. It just depends on whether or not I’m in my bankai.”

“So you do have a bankai?” He asked, raising an eyebrow. “What rank are you?”

“Third seat,” I smiled a little bit. “Normally only captains and lieutenants have bankai but a bunch of us have been picking up the slack. I was the only third seat to have a bankai for a while actually, maybe about 300 years. I don’t remember exactly when I got my bankai. But, I hate using it.”

“It kills people, doesn’t it?” Grimmjow asked.

“You know me so well,” I chuckled sadly. “Yes, it kills people… she kills people… I kill people.” I flinched at my own words, grimacing angrily. “In violence, people forget who they are. And when I fight, I forget everything and kill anyone that hurts the ones I love. Like, for instance, if someone were to hurt my father, Jushiro Ukitake, or my god-father, who I consider my uncle, Shunsui Kyoraku, I would use my bankai and kill them. Just like that.”

“That sounds familiar,” Grimmjow mumbled quietly, trying to make it so I didn’t hear him.

“That’s you though,” I shook my head. “When I’m in bankai, I manifest my zanpakuto’s spirit and become her. The only way to get me to stop is by telling me to go to sleep… well, telling her to go to sleep.”

Grimmjow sighed, “Yeah that sounds easy, telling a 420 year old to go to sleep, good luck.”

“So you think,” I chuckled, glancing down when I heard the door open below us.

“Grimmjow, Lord Aizen wants to see you and the other espada.” Lillynette grinned up at us. “Nami and I are going to hang out in my room.”

“Okay,” I said, watching as she shut the door and stood outside in the hall patiently. I looked at Grimmjow, “Be careful, ‘kay?”

“Always am,” He smirked at me and pulled me down with him as he landed on the ground. “Give me a saying before I go.”

I gave him a thoughtful look before saying, “Her lips on his could tell him better then all her stumbling words.”

He smirked and leaned down, planting a long, sweet kiss on my lips. He smiled and pulled back, kissing the top of my head before motioning to the door. “Lillynette may be getting impatient.”

“You got that right,” The young girl called through the door, aggravation wreathing itself around her voice. “Now hurry the hell up.”

I giggled, heading towards the door, stopping for a split second to stand on my toes and place a gentle peck on his cheek, before opening the door and walking out. Lillynette grabbed my arm and started dragging me down the hall, in the direction of her room. “Don’t worry, Grimmjow, I’ll take care of her!!” She called back at him as he watched us round the corner.

I sighed as she stopped, allowing me to catch my balance. She threw her hands up in the air and yelped, “So, how was it?”

“How was what?” I asked, pretending to be puzzled.

“You know damn well what! The kiss!” She cried, “I heard you quote something and then I heard you two sucking each other’s faces off.”

“We didn’t suck each other’s faces off, Lillynette.” I growled, “It was a very long, sweet kiss. No tongue or anything.”

“That’s adorable!!” She squealed, squeezing me tightly in a hug. “Ohhhh I wish that would happen with me!!”

“You’re too young,” I smiled.

“Am not! You must be at least 14 and he looks roughly 20. Isn’t that illegal in the World of the Living?”

“I’m not 14 though,” I laughed a little. “I’m roughly 420, which is roughly around 24 years old.”

“You’re that old?” She asked, surprise widening her lavender eye. “Wow, I thought you were at least my age.”

“Nah,” I giggled. “Thanks for calling me 14 though, makes me feel good. I haven’t been that young for at least 350 years now.”

“Damn, so you know a lot, huh?” She asked, curiosity glowing on her face.

“Well… I suppose so,” I murmured, thinking. “Why?”

“Um… do you know anything about becoming an arrancar?” She mumbled, staring at me hopefully.

“No, I just learned that arrancar exist.” I shook my head, “What made you ask?”

“It would just be nice if you were one of us,” She shrugged. “I’ve been wondering if you’d like to do that.”

I paused before answering, “It does sound exciting. And I probably wouldn’t have to worry about aging at all. Of course, that would be up to Aizen. But, I kind of… want to become one. Just being around you guys makes me feel one of you already but I don’t have a hollow hole or a mask fragment.”

“If I asked Aizen… would you agree for him to make you one?” She mumbled, finding her feet very interesting right then.

“If he could turn me into an arrancar, then that would be great. But… I’m not sure if that’s possible.” I shrugged.

“That still doesn’t answer my question, Nami,” Lillynette growled slightly. “Would you become an arrancar if it were possible?”

I blinked, taken aback, “Yes, I would.”

She looked back up at me with surprise, eyes widening before she clung onto me, hugging me tightly. “That’s great!! I hope you don’t mind if I ask Lord Aizen about this.”

“Not at all,” I chuckled, hugging her back.

Footsteps echoed around the halls as someone came closer. At first, I thought they were Grimmjow’s but when I realized that they were too big, I became confused. I didn’t know anyone that walked like that did I? He was WAY too big and he sounded like he was constantly angry, similar to Grimmjow.

Lillynette let go of me as Yammy came around the corner, narrowing his eyes as he saw me. He poked me in the stomach hard, “Are you the new pet?”

“She’s not a pet!” Lillynette yelled defiantly, pushing Yammy’s giant finger away from me. “She’s a friend and soon to be arrancar!”

“And what makes you say that, puny ass?” Yammy laughed a little, “What would Lord Aizen see in this pet of ours to make her an arrancar?”

“I’m his new weapon,” I stated coldly, glaring at him.

“You?” He let out a burst of deep laughter, “The weapon? A soul reaper as a weapon? No way in hell.”

“In case you’ve forgotten, Aizen was and still is a Soul Reaper, as are Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tosen.” I snapped, “So you better watch what you say. I’m clearly stronger then you are.”

“What’d you say?!” He yelled angrily, reaching out to grab me. I moved quickly, yanking my glove off and stopping his movement with my thumb and my finger. “How… how are you doing that?”

I smirked, already feeling the bloodlust fill my body as I twisted his hand, listening as the bones snapped in his finger. He cried out and pulled his arm away, pulling his arm up and trying to smash me. I sidestepped and dodged his attack easily, “Too slow.”

“Nami!! What are you doing, come on let’s get out of here!” Lillynette yelped, pulling on my arm and dragging me backwards as I slipped the glove back on, waving at him with a smirk on my lips. “Are you crazy? He could’ve killed you in no time flat!!”

“Nah,” I shook my head a little. “I take these gloves off and he’ll be dead within a second. Or, at least I could make it that way.”

“You can stop bluffing now,” She sighed roughly. “You’re not really the new weapon… are you?” She gave me a wide eyed glance, biting her lip.

“Unfortunately,” I sighed. “But, the only other person that has seen me like that is Grimmjow. So, only three people know that extent of my reiatsu.”

“So…” She murmured, sliding down the wall with me. “You’re really, really powerful?”

I grimaced slightly, “Yeah. I don’t enjoy it though.”

“I can imagine,” She shook her head. “I had no idea you could be so sadistic. That look in your eye when you took your glove off was scary. You kind of reminded me of Grimmjow for a minute, before I saw the pain flash across your expression.”

“Pain?” I frowned at her.

“Yeah, like you were battling with something inside of you.”

“Oh… right. I’mma tell you something, I HATE to fight. I don’t enjoy it one bit unless I take my gloves off and even then I hate myself for acting like that. I scare myself a lot of the time.”

She opened her mouth to say something else but was cut off by Grimmjow racing down the hallway, “Why the hell did you pick today to piss Yammy off?”

I shrugged, “I was bored. Besides, Lillynette and I were talking when he interrupted.” I looked at her for a confirmation and she nodded, her green hair flying up and down. “See? Living proof right next to me.”

“What’s wrong with you?” He asked, frowning at me.

“She took her glove off,” Lillynette mumbled, cringing away from me as she waited for me to hit her. I just nudged her with my elbow, a little harshly.

“I thought you didn’t like taking it off?” Grimmjow frowned at me before he saw the large bruise already forming on my stomach where Yammy had poked me, anger flaring up like a match. “Did HE do that?”

I nodded reluctantly, biting my lip and jumping up, grabbing onto his sleeve gently. “But that’s why I took the glove off; he was trying to smash me with his fist. But I broke his finger so I kind of deserved it.”

He glared down at me, “You didn’t break his finger, Nami, you broke his whole damn hand.”

“Did I? Huh…” I frowned, pursing my lips as I heard Angel cackle inside my head. “I told you, I can’t control myself, remember?”

Grimmjow sighed, looping his arm around my waist and knocking my feet out from under me with his foot. He waved goodbye to Lillynette and carried me to our room, ignoring Yammy’s yelled threats as we passed him. I yawned as I listened to him, pissing him off even more.

“Nami, stop taunting him,” Grimmjow barked, glancing down at me with a smile.

“Fine…” I grumbled, winking at him. I stayed silent the rest of the way to our room. He threw me on the bed and jumped up beside me. He sounded like he was as I hugged him hard and whispered, “Goodnight.”

I knew it was still light outside, but since he had broken the lamp, I wasn’t waiting for dark to come. He just shook his head and closed his eyes, falling asleep almost immediately, me following him slowly.

~End~

It’s six in the morning so I’m not gonna write anymore until I wake up (which should be at least 4 in the morning). Now, I hope you enjoyed this one and I know that I’m rushing their love along.
